Smart Ones By Weight Watchers Review & Giveaway

Raise your hand if you have been in a diet? Now tell the truth, I know that I have and not just once in my life. I know how hard it truly is to be on a diet and to be a busy working mom, dad or student makes it even tougher.

Weight Watchers knows how hard it is as well and that is why they continue to roll out new and delicious products. I for one am no stranger to Smart Ones products and think my favorite meal is the Sante Fe Style Rice & Beans. I love the pre-built in portion control that these meals offer and that most can be prepared in minutes. I wouldn’t call them a homecooked meal but I do think they work great when time is running short.

I will be the first to admit that when time is running short you can find me in the drive through or pile Hugh with un-filling granola bars and cookies for a quick dinner. Grabbing a smart one from the freezer would be just as fast and leave me more satisfied for longer.

So for the busy women on the go I would recommend Weight Watcher Smart Ones to keep you feeling satisfied and your waistline in tact.

Don’t do any crazy diets…the second you stop following them you will gain all of the weight back. Portion control/lifestyle changes is the way to go :)

Do not skip breakfast….and eat small protein rich snacks throughout the day so you don’t find yourself STARVING and tempted to snack on bad stuff.
