Cream Cheese Toffee Fruit Dip

This Cream Cheese Fruit Dip with Toffee Bits was brought to you by my partnership with Hamilton Beach. All opinions are my own.  Farmer’s Wife Rambles takes place in the Amazon affiliate network, links found below could be affiliate links where I earn a small commission.

A couple of weeks I attended a Bridal Shower for a future member of the family and her bridesmaids set out a spread of food.  We had plenty of choices to pick from, but the one thing that was met with plate licking gusto, the Toffee Fruit Dip.

Everyone of us in attendance was begging to get our hands on the empty bowl!  When I inquired about what it was, “oh just a fruit dip with cream cheese, brown sugar and heath bars mashed up.”  Well I can achieve that at home!

With ladies night happening in the near future, I am planning my menu and can’t wait to share this recipe with all the girls.  I can guarantee we will all be standing around waiting to lick the bowl clean with our wine in hand!

As I am planning this girls night, I had to fine tune the apple dip recipe that I was given at the bridal shower.  For this process, I busted out my trusty Hamilton Beach Soft Scrape Handmixer (still going strong 5 years later).

As I prepped for girls night in I knew that one batch would not be enough of this amazing dip.  For instances like this I knew I could trust my Hamilton Beach 6 Speed Stand Mixer.  I like this mixer because of course it’s a stand mixer.  A few other bonuses is that it’s lightweight, short enough to actually fit on my counter and durable enough to mix up a couple batches of cookie dough at the same time.

So far our favorite item to use with this cream cheese fruit dip is strawberries, but granny smith apples makes a wonderful combination of flavors. Sweet and sour all at the same time.
