New England Coffee Review

Did you know the popular trend towards flavored coffees originated in the United states during the 1970’s?

I love the smell of coffee brewing in the morning or that smell that hits you as you walk into a coffee shop is in one of my top smells. However, one smell that tops that is the smell as you open a new package of coffee, while my husband can’t stand the stuff I could smell it all day. When I opened the package of Pumpkin Pie Spice coffee that New England Coffee sent me to review this is what hit me first. The wonderful smell of fresh ground coffee with a little bit of the holidays mixed in. Memories of family and friends came flooding back. Who knew a coffee could do so much?

Ok now that we have established I love the smell of coffee, lets talk about taste. Frankly I like a little bit of coffee with my cream, if it’s not white I am not going to rave over it. So after I brewed my first cup and dumped in my large amounts of creamer I was amazed at how delicious this coffee was. I realized that maybe I don’t truly need creamer if I upgraded my coffee. So the second cup I cut back my cream a lot (I still had to have color) and I couldn’t believe it, I was still in love with the taste! My mom was impressed as well because Pumpkin Pie Spice is her favorite coffee flavoring and she was able to drink it black, which I get my creamer taste from my mom so that was saying a lot.

I love the packaging that New England uses, it has a stay fresh seal and the design makes me feel relaxed like country rolling hills. Really inviting. I only wish that I could purchase New England Coffee locally though. I do love to support my local community and am bummed that the newest addition to my weekly grocery cart won’t be coming from the grocery store.

I am really looking forward to making New England Coffee a huge part of my morning and am looking forward to trying the Gingerbread cookie flavor that they sent me as well.  Not into coffee?  New England Coffee Company offers tea as well!

**I was sent a sample of coffee flavors from New England Coffee Company for review.  This did not however influence my opinion in way and the above opinions are 100% mine.**
