Okay, by a show of hands (a secret show of hands since I can’t actually see you) – how many of us made a New Year’s resolution to lose weight? Now, how many of us have actually lost any weight? If you are among the successful losers in this group congrats! and also I’m not sure if we should be friends anymore because I haven’t managed to lose anything (and I tend to get jealous and bitter.) Fortunately for me (and our budding friendship (-:) I have a new tool that will help me conquer my weight-loss goals.
EatSmart is a fabulous amazing company that designs products to – you guessed it – help us all learn to eat smart and live healthier lifestyles. The company specializes in scales -which we all know is crucial to any weight-loss journey. I received an EatSmart™ Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale to review and I am already in love with it. A big part of losing weight for me is managing my portions – which is much easier to accomplish when I can easily see exactly how much I’m eating by weighing it before I eat it.
The scale is super easy to read and easy to use – which is important because I really don’t have the time to learn a whole new complicated system. I just put my plate or bowl on the scale, add my food, and the scale takes care of the rest (there’s even a feature that automatically subtracts the weight of the plate).
EatSmart also carries an impressive collection of beautiful bathroom scales that look good even as they are helping us look good! Trust me, if you are trying to lose weight, or trying to maintain a healthy weight, or if you are just interested in having more control over how you cook and what you eat, I recommend checking out EatSmart today!
