Cutting Boards USA Review and Giveaway (Birthday Bash) – CLOSED

I have to tell you guys about this great new company that I have discovered – Cutting Boards USA is a young company based in the United States which produces extremely high quality wooden cutting boards (hence their name). After spending three minutes on their website I was intrigued.  They offer a huge supply of uniquely shaped cutting boards such as their Apple Decorative Cutting Board, their Decorative Four Piece Puzzle Cutting Boards, and their brand new Texas shaped Cutting Boards, all of which are made from maple or walnut wood.  I could literally spend hours on the Cutting Boards USA website looking at all their amazing work.  But looking at their website just gave me an idea of what the company was like.  Once I was able to try out their Apple Decorative Cutting Board, I officially became a Cutting Boards USA junkie 🙂 

My Apple Decorative Cutting Board is the perfect size for small projects (it’s about 9 inches by 10 inches), and because it is SO beautiful, I also use it as a serving tray whenever I get the chance.  For instance, the other day I had invited some potential major donors to the nonprofit organization for which I work over to my house for iced tea.  My family and I pretty much eat off of paper plates, and I was a little nervous about serving lemon slices and sugar from one of my chipped and cracked plates to such important donors to my company.  I grabbed the Apple Decorative Cutting Board to slice the lemons on when suddenly it struck me – I could serve everything right on the cutting board!  I’m not usually much of a Martha Stewart-type of homemaker, but using the apple cutting board to serve my clients was a stroke of genius if I do say so myself 🙂  Both women even commented on how pretty the cutting board was!
In addition to offering a huge range of cutting boards, the Cutting Boards USA website offers lots of handy tips on how to care for your wooden cutting boards.  And, because it is recommended that every person has at least two wooden cutting boards in their kitchen to prevent cross-contamination and the spread of bacteria, Cutting Boards USA also offers lots of package deals where you can buy two cutting boards and save lots of money.  Now that’s my kind of store!
