Question of the Week: How do you like your eggs?
I worked in a restaurant for many years and learned more ways than I would ever have cared about to cook eggs. You have over easy, over medium, over hard, over well, poached, scrambled etc… I have to have my eggs over medium. The white is cooked but the yolk is still runny. Scrambled is pushing it but possible. Any other way and I won’t touch them.
