Auroae Yoga Mat Review

I have just recently begun a regular yoga routine, and I’ve already learned a lot. To begin with, I’ve learned that yoga is tough, my muscles ache every day and sometimes I feel like I’m slowly turning into a pretzel.  For another, I’ve learned that doing yoga means spending a LOT of time on the floor.  As a mother with three children who are terrified of my vacuum cleaner, I can assure you that floor time isn’t always a lot of fun  in my house 🙂  

Luckily, I’ve also recently discovered the perfect yoga mat for all my yoga and exercise needs!  Aurorea Yoga is a company that produces mats and other yoga products of exceptional quality.  I received the Aurorea Yoga Northern Lights Yoga Mat to review, and I am in love with it.  Now I know what some of you may be thinking, you’re wondering what’s so special about an exercise mat right?  Well, to begin with, the mat is super thick, which means lots of padding and extra comfort when you’re doing those tricky yoga floor moves.  Maybe even more importantly, the Northern Lights Yoga Mat is specially designed to replicate the incredible power and beauty of the northern lights and to encourage the flow of energy for the user.  Mostly, I just think it is beautiful 🙂
