Banana Berry Smoothie
Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen rasperries
- 1/2 of a banana (overripe is best)
Instructions
- Combine in a blender and blend until well mixed. If the smoothie is to thick you can add a bit more milk to thin it out.
Notes
Serve alongside belvita Biscuits for up to 4 hours of nutritious energy.
