1 Pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast diced
Flour
Salt and pepper (I used sea salt)
Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic
1/4-1/2 cup Chicken Broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4-1/2 cup white wine
1/4-1/2 cup milk
16 ounces Penne Pasta
Combine flour, salt, and pepper – toss with diced chicken to coat.
Heat up olive oil in large pan and add three cloves garlic. Allow to saute for abut 2 minutes. Add flour coated chicken and saute until no longer pink.
Slowly add in the chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir. Once you see the sauce slightly thicken add in the white wine and milk. Add more to taste. Toss with cooked pasta.
