Are you still searching for the perfect gift for your child? Head Chef has the cutest utensils to help spark an interest for your child. Most utensils have heads/bodies and bendable suction cup legs. Coutler feel in love with these instantly and of course wanted to make some cookies right away. Good thing it’s the holidays and I have a lot of cookie exchanges going on!
We received a set with an ice cream bowl, reversible 1tsp. – 1tbl spoon. spatula (scraper), mixing spoon and a music video. This set really has sparked Coulter’s interest in cooking, whether it’s stirring the noodles when they come off the oven or the water in a bowl in the sink while I cook the hot stuff. We make voices for the utensils as we are using them and I just can’t get over the amount of laughs and memories that we have had in the couple weeks since having these.
I feel good knowing that I am sparking a love of cooking and baking in my son right now. Cooking is a huge part of our family as we tend to not eat out much and also I feel pride in knowing I provided a home cooked meal for my family. I love that Coulter is taking part in this and know that it won’t be long before he is planning a family meal a week. Allowing your child to help in the kitchen is so good fro them and teaches them so many things.
I do have to add that Corbin is teething and the spatula is the only thing that will calm him down. He is popping his first two bottom teeth and is not much fun to live with. We just give him the spatula to suck on and he is as happy as can be. While not the most conventional use for these items it just shows that items like this can have a multitude of uses.
This Christmas spark some cooking creativity in your child and while you’re at it give them something fun to do it with. Who doesn’t love quality cooking utensils that will fit right in your little ones hands and have bendable legs. Check out all of Head Chef‘s line including the above-mentioned utensils plus Sifter, Whisk, Icing Spreader, Silverware, Cleaning Brush, Peeler, Measuring Cups and Spoons, Rolling Pins, Pastry Rollers, and much, much more!
**I was provided a set from Head Chef’s line for review. This did not influence my decision in any way and the above opinions are 100% mine.**
