Horrid Henry is at it again, causing mischief and mayhem. Read along with Horrid Henry as he duels with his brother Perfect Pete and crashes Moody Margarete’s sleepover. Trouble follows this adventurous boy wherever he goes. Horrid Henry books are top seller in the United Kingdom, and there are many more! You can tag along with Horrid Henry in his many adventures as he tricks the tooth fairy, gets rich, and wakes the dead. Horrid Henry also has early reader book and a fact book on bodies. Let also not forget the joke books and activity books.
Horrid Henry is a wild boy doing as he pleases, despite the trouble he lands himself in. Horrid Henry is a book of three stories all with funny names with matching characters. Moody Margarete, Lazy Linda, Perfect Pete, all have exhilarated personalities to match their nicknames. My 7 year old found this book hilarious, we read it in 2 nights together. My 12 year old however was not so impressed. He said Henry was not funny but just mean, and in honesty I must agree. Henry has some pretty cleaver and creative ways to annoy those around him but he has no regret or remorse of the trouble he causes everybody. This book would be purely for fictional entertainment, not for instilling good morals into children. The one good point this author does is point out how being perfect, lazy or moody can be awful for everybody. But remember this is just my opinion read it for yourself you may love it!
