It’s a bird! It’s a plane! NO it’s Power Capes. Corney yes, but I have been dyeing to use that. From comic books, to Boomerang cartoons to modern day cartoons a common theme is a hero. As adults we even still have our favorites and remember their super hero capes. Power Capes lets the fantasy world of super heroes becomes a reality (even for adults). Power Capes lets you build customize your own outfit, mask, power blasters, tee shirt and cape! How cool is that!

We had the chance to review a cape from Power Capes. I must say I almost enjoyed the process of making the cape more than receiving it. You get to pick a size, then color, next you chose (if you want) what shape you want on the cape and its color. You can then add a letter on top of that shape. Our cape as you can see is orange with a lightening bolt and a “K” for Kaidin. My son absolutely loved this, he is my more imaginative child and was perfect for this. Now he rescues lot of things, mostly his cars from his younger brother. He loves that it flows behind him (“look mom, look”). The material is a satin type material and appears well sewn together. The colors are wonderfully vibrant, he would stand out anywhere as a super hero. There are 11 cape colors, 8 shapes and 29 colors for that, think of the possibilities.

Power Capes are made in the US and started as a way to provide realistic capes for kids. Power Capes supports children’s causes as well. This satisfaction guaranteed company not only ships world wide but offers other opportunities such as becoming an affiliate. Power Capes has an unimaginable number of costume combination so you can pick one for each of the heroes in your family as well as your side kicks.

14 years agoLol, my favorite super hero really isnt a ‘hero’ but a villian! See my email? ‘theblackat’…The Black Cat, from Batman fame. I’ve had that email for over 20 years! If I had to pick a hero, I would say, Wonder Woman…but I’d prefer to stick with The Black Cat. I have all her comics!
