You ever have those women in your life and you think to yourself I want to be more like her or she has the greatest ideas/material items? I have to admit that I have tons of people in my life like that, now I know that the grass isn’t always greener but sometimes you just want what others have. Well I have one friend in particular and she has one of the glass straws that she brings in her coffee to our MOPS meetings and I have say that I want one. I just like the look and the sophistication it gives her.
High Class With Glass Straws
When I saw Strawesome I had to have one! I chose the Orbital Straw and I couldn’t have been happier. Each straw is handmade in Michigan which allows each one to be unique. While they may have the same concept, no two are going to match.
A couple of years ago I hosted a baby shower where we were “high society” ladies and I wish I would have known about Strawesome at the time. You can order sets for your parties and with each of them being a different color it would be a nicer touch than writing names in black marker on glasses. Go Green With Glass Straws
I really love the idea of glass straws as it’s a way to help live a greener life and offer something so unique. Supporting handmade is a huge part of my life because of the one of a kind designs, supporting “the little guy” and helping form a prosperous business. I feel the more we support our handmade businesses the faster our own economy can get back on track.
Strawesome even ships Worldwide. They have a breakdown of their shipping costs to the USA, Canada, Mexico and Worldwide. I felt that their shipping costs are very reasonable with shipping starting at $3.95 in the USA for any total up to $34.99. This would be an average of 3 8″ straws or a set of 5 smoothie straws. A set of 6 cocktail straws is $28.99 so as you can see you really do get a good deal on shipping. I found that packing was wonderful for shipping. My straw was wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and then mailed in a bubble wrapped envelope. Some products I receive are packaged with whatever will “just get it done” and I felt that Strawesome went above and beyond to ensure a safe delivery.
