Free 2014 Editorial Calendar Printable

I am not going to lie that when I started blogging I didn’t have a clue how much work it would really be.  Blogging is truly a lot of work and last year I realized I needed a little organization to be able to keep everything straight.  Blogging is a lot of planning, deadlines and even more planning.  I tried keeping information on-line with google docs, excel sheets and word documents but I just proved to myself that I am a pen and paper type of gal.

I need to have something physical to flip back and forth on and actually see.  Plus I don’t have to be on-line to actually make notes and changes.  I own a page binder and am able to bind all my pages together into a book which I can easily flip to the pages I need and I love that it keeps everything contained which is a must with this blog planner as it’s well over 80 pages.  I know it seems like a ton to print but I do it all at once and then I am finished printing for the year.  I have the GBC ProClick P50 Binding Machine and love it because I can open it up at anytime to add or delete pages.

I have listed all the files below as individual pages so you can pick and choose which pages you need and how many of each.  You may need more or less financial sheets than I do or you could have several pages of passwords.  Perhaps you don’t really care about keeping track of your important facebook groups but after having lost that information once it’s a must for me.  I send two blank pages through the laminator so that they add a little bit of reinforcement to keep all the pages intact then make up a pretty snazzy cover (ok really it just has the year on it and my blog button) and then get to printing and stacking.  Find all the pages below!

2014 At A Glance – A yearly calendar.
Monthly Cover Page –  This page contains an at a glance sheet of statistics, holidays, post ideas and a spot for notes.  I print 12 of these.
Weekly Calendar – This contains the days of the week with places for each post idea.  Also quick check offs for social shares and weekly goals.  I print 52 of these
Product Review Information Sheet – Contains company name, contact information, due date, price of product and note section.  I print 24 of these.
Sponsored Post Information Sheet – Same information as the product review sheet.  I print 24 of these also.
Monthly Financial Sheet – This contains a spot for all incoming and outgoing payments like a checkbook register.  I print 24 of these.
Top Monthly Blog Posts – An at a glance place for top performing blog posts.  This gives me good reference of what readers love.  I print 12 of these.
Yearly Blog Statistics Sheet – A place to keep track of monthly blog stats in one place to see quickly.  I print 1 of these.
Blog Post Ideas – I have lots of ideas running around in my head and make note of them all on this sheet if I don’t have a specific month in mind.  I print 2-5 of these.
Blank Notes Section – Self explanatory.  I print 2-5 of these.
Facebook Groups – Easily access all of your important facebook groups and who can get you into the group if for some reason you get kicked out or lose your fb account.
Passwords – Self explanatory as well.

See as I said, well over 80 pages and it’s not for the faint of heart.  I tried to keep my color printing to a minimum but wanted to add a small splash of color on some of the pages.  So bust out a new ream of paper and a black ink cartridge but know your prepared for the rest of the year.
