I don’t make resolutions because I know they are going to fail. However this year I do planning on getting myself a tad bit more organized. Ask my husband about this and you will find that he can’t control his laughter. Me and organization are kind of an oxymoron really. Me and organization really is like a train wreck and not one that just went of the tracks but one that went off the tacks and can be found 6 towns over.
My first step to being more organized is going to be making a meal plan and trying to stick with it. Before I head out shopping I usually try but get distracted or forget what meals I actually wanted on the list. I am opting for a simple meal planner and am going with the dry erase method. While I would love to be as organized and cute as Craft Warehouse, Can Be Dun or the mega menu planner like Robby Gurl I know that’s not going to happen. Baby steps into this right?
My method is no secret and it’s nothing new but it is cheap. I have this free printable that your welcome to print off as well and then I slid it into an 8×10 frame that I already had on hand. Paired with a dry erase marker that writes on glass and wipes off easily and done. Now the hard part and that is getting it filled out each week and actually attempting to stick with the plan each week. Who is with me on this?
