What is Pinteresting?
I’m quickly becoming a pinaholic. There, I said it. My new favorite place to hang out is Pinterest as I find all kinds of great Mom ideas, easy crafts and more. The thing I love the most is the pictures that inspire me and make me realize I can do it. Sometimes I’ll see a picture and think, “That looks so easy!” I know that I could make that. Sewing a button on is cake for me but actually seeing new ideas is a tough one for me. I can do it once it is in front of me but thinking it up on my own is a whole different story! What it all comes down to though is that I LOVE homemade gifts, cupcake and cake pop recipes and other ideas like that.
So with my new move towards frugal living, slow cooker recipes and easy crafts I decided it would be really fun to see some more ideas and meet some more Pinners. With that being said a dear friend and I were having a talk about co-hosting a party. Clair and I have been virtual friends for well over a year now and we couldn’t be more different. As Clair puts it I am a farmer’s wife living somewhere in the middle of nowhere in Colorado where I get amazing views and no traffic. Clair is a a city loving Chicago girl who couldn’t live more than 15 minutes away from a Target but we’re co-hosting this party as we may never get to in real life.
