Bounce Energy Off At The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce

After harvest is over we generally take a small weekend getaway as a family.  We need to stick some place close now that Coulter has school and we need to abide by his week now so we hit up Colorado Springs.  During the last GFWC Magnolia Society annual dinner auction I snagged some discount tickets to The North Pole and was also given the offer to check out the Colorado Springs House Of Bounce.

Colorado Springs House Of Bounce

This year our vacation was happening with another couple and the ladies and kids were driving down a few hours before the men, this made for the perfect opportunity for us to let the kids “bounce” some energy off after our 3 hour drive.  This 9,000 sq. foot warehouse is jam packed with inflatables and includes a velcro wall.  Pure joy of watching children stick themselves to a wall and not be able to get themselves off without a little work.  How horrible is that of me to think that…  I would help them if they needed it.

We headed into the Colorado Springs House Of Bounce and let the kids have free reign for a couple of hours.  While the kids played I went for a tour of the 3 birthday rooms that are offered, the snack bar and the area made especially for toddlers.

What Sets The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce Apart

While the kids were having a blast bouncing I was learning more about The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce and what I liked the best, besides my kids were happy?  I liked that while they offered a snack bar I was able to bring in any snacks or food items that I wanted.  I could have had the option of ordering a pizza and having it delivered if I really wanted to.  Isn’t it nice that I can bring in a coffee, use the free wi-fi, kick back and relax watching of their 52 inch big screen tv’s, and I don’t have to purchase their food?  Sounds like a win to me and man do I wish I lived closer.  I could get more blogging done which I always feel behind on and have Chinese food delivered (which I love and my family doesn’t) and not listen to my kids fight.

Security At The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce

As I browsed through The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce I was impressed with their security.  All doors except the front door had baby gates across them so that in case of emergency other options were available to leave by, but for general traffic everyone has to go by the front desk to enter or leave.  I also liked that the front desk sat sideways so to speak so that the employes could see the front door and into the inflatable room as well.  I think the thing I liked the best actually was that while the owners live in Texas they have the security feed of the cameras at their workplace there as well.  It’s like an extra couple sets of eyes on the place at all times that are only a phone call away.Colorado Springs House Of Bounce

Did The Kids Like The Colorado Springs House Of Bounce

YES!  The next day all four kids were asking to go back.  My kids are still asking to go back this week even after we have been home and they know they have no chance of going.  We usually stay at A Comfort Suites hotel that has a water slide and the kids asked to go back and bounce instead.  So yes, I would say that the kids had a blast and that parents and kids were happy with their visit to this facility.
