  1. Mix flour, yeast, cinnamon, sugar, butter, dry milk, potato flakes, and flour.
  2. Knead for a couple of minutes and let it rest for one hour.
  3. Then just roll, brush with egg whites, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, cranberries, and roll. Let it rest for a bit more time.

The end result is a sandwich-style bread but slightly sweeter and with a couple of cranberries sprinkled here and there, so this is the perfect bread for pretty much anything you may crave

What do you eat with cinnamon bread?

  • For me the best way to eat it is toasted and with a spread of butter, seriously, it’s so amazing! It’s also delicious with cream cheese frosting, peanut butter and even with a honey drizzle.
  • However, this makes the best bread for french toast because it’s packed with more flavor than your traditional sandwich bread.

  • And don’t be scared of using it for sandwiches! You can make the best ever peanut butter jelly sandwiches your kids will eat in their lives. If you go light on the sugar when baking them it’s also a delicious bread for a turkey sandwich and perfect for Thanksgiving leftovers.
  • This also makes a great homemade gift for neighbors, teachers, and friends. Just wrap it in a nice cloth and finish it with a nice ribbon and a tag and you are all set.

Oh and want to know what’s even better? You can freeze this!

How to freeze cranberry cinnamon swirl bread?

You can freeze the whole loaf of your homemade bread if you want to, however, I prefer to slice it before freezing.

Just store your cinnamon bread slices in a Tupperware or freezer-friendly bag and you are all set. Once you are ready to it take straight to the toaster and it will be as soft and gooey as the first time you made it.
