Children like things created just for them. It makes them feel special. And aren’t they all special? My girls are no exception to this rule. They love to see their name on things, their pictures on things…even things that just have their initial.
Well, ISeeMe creates custom books, placemats, puzzles, gift sets and more. I was so excited to get my placemats and coloring books. My first impressions were:
The placemats are good and sturdy, the coloring is very nice, the fact that it is personalized is like a BONUS! They are easy to clean, too. Just wipe with a damp sponge. With messy kiddos, that is always a plus. They are larger than I had expected too. They are 12″ x 17″. This gives a lot of room for them to spill and still not make a mess.
Another thing about this size and the ease of cleanup…we can use them for craft time. Of course, those are all my ‘mommy’ opinions. My girls really liked that they had their names and depending on which design you choose, there is also their birth date and other information. 🙂 That makes them smile.
The coloring books are just amazing. I would have never thought I would say that about a coloring book. But these aren’t just a regular book with the child’s name printed on the front…these coloring books are ALL ABOUT your child.
Take for instance, Samantha’s coloring book, The first page that she colors is an S, the second is an A…you get where I am going with this. So the kiddos don’t just see their name once…they have fun with the letters of their name all throughout the book. There are activities and also poems that are themed around the letters in the child’s name.
Obviously, both of my kiddos are girls. So the illustrations you see here are geared more towards girls. However, there is quite the selection of Boy themes as well. Including the storybooks. How fun to read to your child each night a story that is built around his/her name. Check them out, this would make a great Holiday Gift for the child in your life.
